If you currently own a BT Meridian system you may have to upgrade it in the next few years to be able to use BT’s network upgrade 21CN. However, you do not need to be at the mercy of BT for supply. We now have access to Nortels BCM system which replaces the Meridian system but allows you to use your existing handsets.
